1. Who We Are
CUAD Consulting ("we", "us", "our") is a consulting firm providing permanent staffing, full-stack web development, AI business automation, digital marketing, and ServiceNow consulting services. Our registered office is at Unit-1, 3rd and 4th Floor, JMD Empire Square, Near Sikanderpur Metro Station, MG Road, Gurugram (Haryana) – 122002, India.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information you provide when using cuadconsulting.com (the "Platform").
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account Registration
When you create an account, we collect: full name, email address, and a hashed password. We also send a one-time password (OTP) to verify your email address before activating your account.
2.2 User Profile
You may optionally update your profile with a display name and contact phone number. This information is stored in your account and used to pre-fill forms on the Platform.
2.3 Job Applications
When you apply for a job, we collect: contact phone number, total years of experience, relevant years of experience, notice period, current location, and preferred location. This information is shared with the relevant employer (CUAD Consulting for internal roles, or the posting vendor for partner roles) once reviewed and approved by our admin team.
2.4 Resume / CV
If you choose to upload a resume, the file (PDF, DOC, or DOCX) is stored securely in Vercel Blob cloud storage under a path tied to your name. A copy is associated with each job application you submit, named to identify you and the role. You can replace or delete your resume at any time from your dashboard.
2.5 Contact Form
When you submit the Contact Us form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
2.6 Authentication Tokens
We use secure HTTP-only cookies to store a JWT (JSON Web Token) upon login. This token contains your user ID, email, name, and role — it expires after 7 days or when you log out, whichever comes first.
2.7 Technical Data
Standard web server logs may capture IP address, browser type, and page visit timestamps for security and performance monitoring. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your account on the Platform.
- To process job applications and share candidate details with the relevant employer upon admin approval.
- To store and retrieve your resume for job applications.
- To respond to contact form enquiries.
- To send OTP emails for account verification.
- To maintain your authenticated session securely.
- To protect the Platform against fraudulent or unauthorised access.
- To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
• Employers / Vendors: Candidate profile and application details are shared with the relevant job-posting employer only after admin review and approval. • Infrastructure Providers: Your data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS) and Vercel (application hosting and blob storage). Both providers operate under strict data security standards. • Email Delivery: Contact form submissions and OTP emails are sent via a transactional email service. Message content is transmitted solely for delivery purposes. • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government authority.
5. Data Storage & Security
All personal data is stored in a Neon-hosted PostgreSQL database with encrypted connections (TLS). Resume files are stored in Vercel Blob with access controlled by signed URLs. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage — we never store plain-text passwords. Authentication cookies are HTTP-only, preventing access from client-side scripts. We apply role-based access controls so only authorised users (USER, VENDOR, ADMIN) can access the data relevant to their role.
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% immune to breaches. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Resume files can be deleted by you at any time from the Dashboard → My Resume section. Application records are retained for a minimum period required by applicable employment and data protection regulations.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to processing of your data for specific purposes.
- Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.

8. Cookies
We use a single functional cookie (an HTTP-only authentication token) to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required for strictly necessary functional cookies under applicable regulations.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our Platform, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
Our Platform may contain links to LinkedIn, Facebook, and other external websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to cuadconsulting.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
